Using branch 'jranke' on jranke/pkgdown, fixing issues
hadley/pgkdown#178 and hadley/pkgdown#213

Remove plot=TRUE from mkinfit calls also in dontrun sections of examples
to avoid a flood png files documenting the progress of the fit.
