From 7035cde3a53781721fe15a8893fdf328c789bdd2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Johannes Ranke Date: Mon, 7 Mar 2022 12:03:40 +0100 Subject: Remove nlmixr interface for release of mkin 1.1.0 I am postponing my attempts to get the nlmixr interface to CRAN, given some problems with nlmixr using R-devel under Windows, see https://github.com/nlmixrdevelopment/nlmixr/issues/596 and https://github.com/r-hub/rhub/issues/512, which is fixed by the removal of nlmixr from the testsuite. For the tests to be more platform independent, the biphasic mixed effects models test dataset was defined in a way that fitting should be more robust (less ill-defined). --- DESCRIPTION | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'DESCRIPTION') diff --git a/DESCRIPTION b/DESCRIPTION index c2aefe50..2492a7fc 100644 --- a/DESCRIPTION +++ b/DESCRIPTION @@ -2,7 +2,7 @@ Package: mkin Type: Package Title: Kinetic Evaluation of Chemical Degradation Data Version: 1.1.0 -Date: 2022-03-03 +Date: 2022-03-07 Authors@R: c( person("Johannes", "Ranke", role = c("aut", "cre", "cph"), email = "jranke@uni-bremen.de", @@ -24,7 +24,7 @@ Description: Calculation routines based on the FOCUS Kinetics Report (2006, purpose.
